Keep everything inside the app
- Keep communication inside SkillLink so there is a clear record.
- Use the official KPay payment process only.
- Do not send money directly to another user.
Protect your information
- Do not share private information unnecessarily.
- Never share your password or verification code.
- Be careful with offline meetings — SkillLink does not arrange or supervise them.
Report anything suspicious
Please tell us if you see any of these:
- A suspicious user or a profile that looks fake.
- A request to pay outside SkillLink.
- Unsafe, threatening or offensive behaviour.
Use the Report a Problem page, or Contact Support.
Offline meetings are at your own risk
Offline meetings are at the users' own risk. SkillLink is not responsible for problems that happen outside the app.
