Getting Started

• Create your account with your email, then verify the code we send you.
• Choose how you want to use SkillLink: Freelancer, Business Owner, or both.
• Complete your profile so people can trust and find you.
• Add SkillLink to your Home Screen for a full app experience.

For Business Owners

• Post a project with a clear title, category, description, budget and deadline.
• Review applications and accept the Freelancer you want to hire.
• Pay through the official SkillLink KPay process before work begins.
• Approve completed work, then leave a review for the Freelancer.

For Freelancers

• Build your profile with a photo, title, location and short about section.
• Browse projects and apply with your proposal, price and delivery time.
• Start work after the payment is approved, then submit your work in the app.
• Track your Earnings Balance and request withdrawals when you are eligible.

Payments with KPay

• KPay is currently the only payment method on SkillLink.
• The Business Owner pays SkillLink first and uploads the KPay screenshot.
• SkillLink admin verifies every payment before work starts.
• SkillLink keeps a 7% platform fee; the Freelancer receives 93%.

Project Process

• Project posted → applications → Freelancer accepted.
• KPay payment submitted → admin approves → work in progress.
• Work submitted → Business Owner approves → earnings released.
• If something goes wrong, a dispute can be opened for admin review.

Messages

• Chat opens only after a Freelancer is accepted for a project.
• Each conversation belongs to one project, so records stay clear.
• Keep all project communication inside SkillLink for your safety.

Profile and Portfolio

• Add portfolio items with a title, category, thumbnail and video link.
• YouTube (including unlisted) and Google Drive video links are supported.
• Feature your best work so it appears at the top of your profile.
• Only upload work that is truly yours.

Withdrawals

• You can request a withdrawal when your Available Balance reaches 50,000 MMK.
• Enter your correct KPay account name and number.
• SkillLink sends payouts manually and marks them as paid when completed.
• Follow your payout status in the Payouts page.

Account and Login

• Log in with your email and password, or continue with Google.
• Forgot your password? Use the Forgot Password link on the login page.
• Turn notifications on or off in Account Settings.
• Never share your password or verification code with anyone.

Safety and Trust

• Use the official KPay process only, and never send money directly to a user.
• Report suspicious users, fake portfolios or outside-app payment requests.
• Read our Community Guidelines and Safety Guidelines before you start.

Offline Meetings and Outside-App Activity

• SkillLink does not arrange, supervise or verify offline meetings.
• If you choose to meet in person, you do so at your own risk.
• Payments made outside the official KPay process are not covered by SkillLink.
• Report any outside-app meeting or payment issue so admin can review it.

Policies
